Hurrican Milton and Climate Disaster Increases Cause Massive Migration!

"Milton could become one of the most destructive hurricanes ever recorded for west-central Florida," National Hurricane Center forecasters stated in a Monday evening forecast. They noted that while the hurricane's central winds may diminish before making landfall late on Wednesday, the storm is expected to expand significantly, endangering a large portion of the Florida peninsula.

Forecasters anticipated heavy rainfall on Monday evening, with more intense precipitation expected on Tuesday. The National Hurricane Center has predicted "devastating hurricane-force winds" along Florida's west coast as the storm nears on Wednesday. The forecasts suggest that communities around the Tampa Bay area may experience up to 15 feet of storm surge. The storm intensified so rapidly because waters in the Gulf of Mexico are record hot. Forecasters were aghast at how quickly Milton picked up steam.
