Benefits of Clove Water & Dandelion Tea

Madagascar constituted the country with the largest volume of clove production, accounting for 75% of total volume. Pour water into a deep pan and bring it to a boil. Remove the water from heat and add roughly crushed 4-5 cloves, grated ginger and cinnamon sticks in the pan . Enjoying a cup of clove tea may provide relief from joint discomfort and swelling. Manganese is an essential mineral for maintaining brain function and building strong bones. Although cloves are a rich source of manganese, they should be used in moderation they have an equally potent flavor and aroma, so you should use them in moderation. To maximize the nutrition cloves provide, drinking clove tea only once a day would be best.


Cloves stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, which can enhance the digestion process, making it an ideal beverage to enjoy after a heavy meal. Cloves possess natural antibacterial properties, which can help combat bad breath caused by lingering food odors or bacteria in the mouth. Cloves have essential elements such as Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Folate, Riboflavin, Vitamin A, Thiamine, Vitamin D, Omega 3 fatty acids in addition to anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial properties. Usually, clove can be consumed at any time, but if it is consumed before bedtime, then its benefit is doubled.


Ask your doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider if it is safe for you to take clove by mouth or use it on the skin it is best to avoid if you have: liver disease; a bleeding or blood clotting disorder such as hemophilia; a weak immune system or are on heart, diuretic, or blood pressure medications. You can eat raw cloves daily, but not more than 2-3 cloves per day. Excessive consumption can increase the risk of undesired effects in the body.
